Application

The following Terms & Conditions (henceforth: “T&C”) are valid between you and næt ApS (CVR: 44328283 ) (may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on næt’s website www.naetstore.com, and orders made by phone, e-mail with our Customer Service team (henceforth together: the “Website”). 

Please note that næt does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. næt reserves its right to stop selling a product. næt reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms & Conditions for future reference.

 

Language

The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.

 

 

Payment

næt accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order. 

 

 

Amount reserved

When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service. 

 

 

Debit card authorization 

When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time.
Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.

 

 

Credit Card authorization 

The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview. 

All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

næt uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

 

 

Delivery and shipment

We offer free shipping in Denmark at check-out with DAO. Dispatch of orders may take up to 2-3 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability

 

 

Availability and colours

næt’s goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. 

Please note that næt does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. næt cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

 

 

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawel)

næt offers a 14 days full refund on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

This does NOT include shipment or personalized bags made with specific measurements, changes or features.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om contact@naetstore.dk. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

 

 

Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to næt to evaluate the item’s condition.

 

 

Warranty

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to næt in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of weeks as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

næt covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Customer & Privacy Policy 

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with næt, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with næt, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

The director and employees for næt have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with næt, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact contact@naetstore.dk.

Right to complain

In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service. 

You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus

It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changes. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed. 

You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link:
